City Parks - Public Events
Community Event Application

The Community Event Applicaiton must be completed for use of a City Park for to host an event with 25 or more people.  A community event is classified as one that is open and advertized to the public, may include vendors and/or charges an admission fee.  This application is required for all community events including, parades, concerts, walks and festivals. This application is required for all activities located on City property including City parks, sidewalks, streets and parking lots.  Please complete all applicable sections in the application and fax or mail to The Daytona Beach Cultural Services Division along with the application fee.  Please submit application 45 days prior to your event.  Many events require evidence of liability insurance (listing the City of Daytona Beach as additionally insured) submitted to the City thirty days prior to the event date.  If you have any questions regarding the availability of a park for rental please call 386-671-8250.

City Parks - Private Events
Private Event Application

You must apply to Leisure Services for private events at all City parks except Oceanfront Park.

Oceanfront Park & Volleyball Court
Private Event Application

Please complete the Private Event application for events such as weddings, conferences, or family gatherings in Oceanfront Park.  The sand volleyball court, located just south of the Clock Tower, is also available to rent for your next social event.

Oceanfront Bandshell

With 37,500 sq. ft. of space, the Oceanfront Bandshell is ideal for your next conference or special event.  In addition, the Bandshell seats up to 5,000 people and is available to rent for your a concert or music festival.  Any use of a sound system at the Bandshell requires the use of our Stage Manager.  

Peabody Auditorium

Rose Room Application

Celebrating its 60th season, the Peabody Auditorium features a 2,500 seat theatre featuring a spacious 4,000 sq. ft. lobby and 2300 sq. ft. reception room (Rose Room) ideal for meetings and receptions. 

The newly redesigned Peabody Atlantic Room is approximately 3,150 with a floating wooden dance floor and can be used as for any social event or post-concert reception.  As an extension of the backstage area, it features a brand new catering kitchen area with modern appliances.
