List of unsafe or dilapidated structures

Below are addresses of properties that have received a Notice of Determination in accordance with the City of Daytona Beach Code of Ordinances, Chapter 22, section 22-28.

Due to their condition, the structures must be repaired or demolished. If the permits to repair the structure and commencement of the work have not occurred within 30 days of the notice, or the structure has not been demolished within 30 days of the notice, the properties will be referred to the City Commission for condemnation.
