If your incident is an emergency, call 911. If non-emergency call 386-671-5100. 

Question What if this happened in another county or city? Can I file a report using this system?
Answer
No, If a crime took place outside of the City of Daytona Beach Police Department please call the police department for that city or county.

Question What is a known suspect?
Answer
*IF YOU HAVE A SUSPECT you CANNOT use this system!*
 A known suspect is when you or someone else knows the person or where to find the person who committed the crime or the license plate number of the vehicle the suspect(s) was/were in.

Question What if a firearm or another type of weapon was involved?
Answer
If a firearm or another type of weapon was involved, then the incident requires a police officer to personally gather the information. Please call 386-671-5100 to have a police officer dispatched to you.

Question What if something was taken from inside my vehicle?
Answer
If your incident is occuring at this time, call 911. If non-emergency please call 386-671-5100 to have a police officer dispatched to you.
