Police Explorer Program

The purpose of the Daytona Beach Police Explorers Unit 22 is to assist the development of character in young people. The unit, although stressing careers in many fields of law enforcement, is a typical youth organization designed for everyone. The calendar of activities is a well-balanced program of fun and interesting projects, as well as service details to the community and other worthwhile organizations.

Learning for Life

The law enforcement Exploring Program is a youth program affiliated with the Boy Scouts of America, provides a means through which young men and women may decide through actual experience if they would like to pursue a law enforcement career as adults. This program provides young people with the opportunity for community involvement and develops a greater sense of understanding between the community and the police.
