Utility Billing

Our goal is to provide quality customer service to the citizens of Daytona Beach. We are responsible for all monthly billing and collection of water, sewer, solid waste, recycling and storm water accounts.

We are located on the ground floor of City Hall, room 176. Our regular business hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays). To better serve you, we suggest you come in or call between 8 a.m. and 12:00 noon or 2 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. to avoid the lunch-hour rush.
