Campbell Aquatic Center

For the safety of visitors, Campbell Aquatic Center at 400 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. has been temporarily closed while construction is underway for a new entry pavilion and shaded seating areas. The pool will reopen when the improvements are complete, which is scheduled for January. For information about the project, visit https://bit.ly/38FGSlV.

2 to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
1 to 4:30 p.m. Saturday
Closed on Sunday

Aqua Zumba
5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Monday and Wednesday 

Admission
Admission is free.

Restrictions
Children 7 years and younger must be accompanied in the water by a parent or responsible supervisor at least 16 years old.

COVID-19 Prevention Protocols
Visitors will have their temperature checked before being allowed into each facility and should adhere to social distancing guidelines, including being six feet apart. People who are sick, coughing or do not feel well should not enter. Groups are restricted to 10 or less people.

Campbell Aquatic Center is limited to 25 people occupancy. Bathrooms are open but loitering is not allowed.

Cypress Aquatic Center

Whether swimming laps or splashing in the shallow end, a refreshing dip in a crystal-clear swimming pool is Florida’s perfect recreational activity. Opened in 2008 in the heart of Daytona Beach, the Cypress Aquatic Center is the city’s premier public swimming facility. The facility is located at 981 George Engram Boulevard, which is on the southeast corner of Nova Road and George Engram Boulevard.

Noon to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday
Closed on Sunday

Lap Swimming Hours
Noon to 2:15 p.m. Monday through Saturday
Closed on Sunday

The regulation pool, with a capacity for 101 swimmers, features the following amenities:

  • A zero-depth area which gradually slopes from pool deck level to a five-foot depth
  • 6 waterplay structures
  • 6 swimming lanes
  • A curving water slide
  • Certified lifeguards on duty
  • An energy-efficient and environmentally friendly geothermal heating system
  • Locker rooms with showers and family changing rooms
  • A concession area
  • A covered picnic area for pool party rentals

Admission
The daily admission is $3 for adults and $2 for person 17 years old and younger. Discounts are available for swim packages.

Cypress Aquatic Center is limited to 50 people occupancy. Bathrooms are open but loitering is not allowed.
