Public-Private Partnership


The following information is for potential proposers wishing to submit a proposal for the construction of a Fire Station and Administration building on a city-owned site located at 430 South Ridgewood Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida 32114 hereinafter referred to as the “Project”. The City of Daytona Beach has received an unsolicited proposal under Section 255.065, Florida Statutes and the City has determined the Project is a “Qualifying Project”. The City is seeking additional proposals for the design and construction of a new Fire Station/Administration facility with an attached training tower and related site improvements for the City’s Project, and for the financing of the Project. Persons or entities wishing to submit alternative or competing Proposals to the unsolicited proposal for the Project may do so by delivering sealed Proposals to: Robert Schattie, or his designee, at the Purchasing Office of the City of Daytona Beach 301 South Ridgewood Avenue Daytona Beach, Florida 32114, on or before the deadline of 2:00 p.m. on October 14, 2022. The entire Proposal package, which shall include one (1) original and six (6) copies of the Proposal, shall be enclosed in a sealed envelope or container and shall have the following information clearly printed or written on the exterior of the envelope or container: PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP (P3) FOR A FIRE STATION AND ADMINISTRATION BUILDING (NAME OF RESPONDER:)
