Planning

We are thrilled to announce that we have embraced a more sustainable approach by transitioning to a paperless submittal process.  This change is part of our commitment to environmental responsibility and efficiency. All project submissions, documents, and communications will be handled electronically. Paper copies are only needed Site Plan final approval and Executed Agreements. This shift not only aligns with our eco-friendly initiatives but also streamlines our processes for quicker and more secure interactions. However, Zoning Certification Letters (ZCLs): Parcel (Lot) splits, Lot Combinations, and Letters of No Contravene still require a paper copy and a digital copy. We appreciate your support in our efforts to reduce our environmental footprint. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team. Thank you for your continued partnership.
