All project submissions, documents, and communications will be handled electronically. Paper copies are only needed Site Plan final approval and Executed Agreements. This shift not only aligns with our eco-friendly initiatives but also streamlines our processes for quicker and more secure interactions. However, Zoning Certification Letters (ZCLs): Parcel (Lot) splits, Lot Combinations, and Letters of No Contravene still require a paper copy and a digital copy. Affordable Housing

Upon submission of applicable building permits or development orders, notify City Permits & Licensing and/or Planning staff that you are requesting expedited processing and state the statutory basis entitlement for such expedited processing. Upon review, staff will give higher priority in the processing of building permit and development orders that qualify under the Live Local Act.
