Our Daytona Beach: A Citizens Academy

The City of Daytona Beach offers a citizens academy to help familiarize residents with the functions of city government. The nine-week program offers hands-on and interactive sessions giving residents insight into a variety of municipal services. 

This program is free of charge. The next class begins Tuesday, January 16, 2024. Classes will be offered on Tuesday mornings, from 9 a.m. to noon, through March 12, 2024. Because of the interactive nature of the program, class size is limited to 25 participants.
