DB Pier_Highlight_Fishing Closed

Delays in receiving materials have extended the closure of the Daytona Beach Pier’s fishing section. The city issued a Notice to Proceed to Construct Co. with May 31 as the starting date. The fishing section of the Daytona Beach Pier remains closed since suffering damage to the piles and cross bracing during heavy surf. It is expected to remain closed through the end of June.
