Upon arrival, first responders found the victim – a black male in his mid-20’s – shot once in the head inside the driver’s seat of a black Kia. He had passed away by the time DBPD arrived at the scene.

Also discovered in the vehicle was a scale and a firearm. The vehicle was also found with the driving gear engaged.
